Download the MY FCB Mobile Banking App

STEP 1
Visit m.floridacommunitybank.com or download the “My FCB" Mobile Banking app:

STEP 2

Use your existing online banking credentials to sign in to Online Banking.


STEP 3

Perform the security authentication.  Done!
Using first name, last name, birthdate (MMDDYYYY, no dashes/slashes): answer security questions.  If the above is not an option, you will be presented with phone number verification.

Enroll a Device from Convenience Electronic Banking

STEP 1
LOG INTO Online Banking  OR   ENROLL IN Online Banking
(You must have Online Banking to utilize Mobile or Text Banking)
NOTE: When you register for online banking, FCB will ask you for basic registration information, such as your name, social security number, email address, and information to verify your relationship with us (e.g. ATM, Debit Card, Checking or Savings Account information).  The bank uses this basic registration information for providing the services and/or accessing the sites customers select on their behalf, monitoring and improving our existing products and services, or for purposes of offering new product and service information of interest to customers.


STEP 2

In the Mobile Banking Center on your Financial Center page, click "Enroll a device".


STEP 3

Enter your phone number and select your mobile carrier. Keep both boxes checked and click CONTINUE.
(If your carrier isn't in the list, select "Other/iPod Touch®.")


STEP 4

Follow the instructions on the page. You should receive a text with a welcome message. Reply with your activation code.  Done!

STOP PAYMENTS

Real-time stop payments are available for single check numbers. Stop payment requests are valid for six months.

TRANSACTIONAL ALERTS

Internet Banking Alerts enable you to receive alerts via your personal email or secure online banking-based mail when a pre-determined event occurs in your accounts.
